Terms and conditions

General

  • Cardgameworld.be is not liable for damage, of whatever nature, caused by Cardgameworld.be based on incorrect and/or incomplete data provided by or on behalf of the customer. Cardgameworld.be is never liable for indirect damage.
  • Cardgameworld.be decides in cases where the general terms and conditions do not provide clarity or about which nothing is included in the general terms and conditions. In the first instance, explanation must be given 'in the spirit' of the general terms and conditions.
  • If Cardgameworld.bes does not always require strict compliance with the general terms and conditions, this does not mean that the provisions thereof do not apply or that Cardgameworld.be would lose the right to strict compliance with the provisions of these terms and conditions in other cases. to desire.
  • All legal relationships to which Cardgameworld.be is a party are exclusively governed by the Belgian legal system and law, even if an agreement is wholly or partly performed abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship is domiciled there. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.
  • Every customer of Cardgameworld.be is entitled to the right of withdrawal of fourteen days when products are not opened. This does not apply to (Custom) Mystery products.
  • By creating an account , I agree to all terms and conditions of Cardgameworld(.be).

Products

  • The products offered by Cardgameworld.be are near mint to mint unless otherwise indicated. Cards that are mint means cards that are undamaged. Cards that are near mint may have minor imperfections on the corners or edges, but otherwise look like new. This means that there are no visible signs of wear.
  • In exceptional cases, it is possible that products offered on Cardgameworld.be are not in stock. In such cases, the customer will be notified and the customer will be compensated for the out-of-stock products.
  • If the delivery is not to the customer's liking, the customer can return the delivered goods within 7 days and receive his money back excluding shipping costs. The goods must then be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered. Shipping costs and the risk of non-arrival of the returned delivery are for the account of the customer.

Pre-orders

  • In case of pre-orders, different conditions are applied. These are described in this part of the general terms and conditions.
  • Many of our products are offered to order at very competitive prices. This is often because this is done on the basis of a “Release” or announced “Restock”.
  • These pre-orders must be paid for at least and no later than 14 days before the announced release date. This release date is given as an indication of when you will be able to receive the product.
  • Pre-orders must be confirmed at least and no later than 14 days prior to the announced release.
  • Cancellation of pre-paid orders are refundable for a maximum of 95% due to the cost of our payment service - Paypal (transaction fees). Also 10€ invoice - cost will  be non-refundable.

To order

  • When you place an order you ('the customer') agree to the terms and conditions.
  • When placing an order, the customer enters into an agreement with Cardgameworld.be to purchase the ordered products and to pay the total amount of the order. The order is therefore binding and cannot be canceled unilaterally, with the exception of cases where payment by the customer is not made within the set payment term, in which case the agreement can be terminated. As long as the customer has not fulfilled his obligations, the products from the order remain the property of Cardgameworld.be.
  • There is no minimum purchase or minimum amount when ordering Cardgameworld.be.
  • Cardgameworld.be is a webshop for private individuals and delivers a maximum of 8 pieces of each unique card per customer within a continuous period of 7 days. In this case, customer can be understood to mean both a person and an address. A maximum of 4 individual cards and 1 sealed product per customer applies to offers during the entire promotional period.

Payment

  • The total amount of the order must be paid by the customer within 7 days. Payment is made in euros and via iDeal or to the bank account indicated by Cardgameworld.be. If payment is not made within this term and/or in the prescribed manner, Cardgameworld.be reserves the right to cancel the order. Cardgameworld.be reserves the right to engage a collection agency if the customer remains in default and Cardgameworld.be does not choose to cancel the order. In such cases, any costs for collection are for the account of the customer.
  • When Cardgameworld.be has to refund an order that has been paid with Visa, Paypal or another payment method that requires an extra percentage, Cardgameworld.be is not responsible for the part that Paypal and others withholds. 

Prices

  • The prices stated on the website are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
  • The prices stated on the website at the time of ordering are the basis for the amount to be paid by the customer.
  • Prices on the website may contain errors. Cardgameworld.be reserves the right to (partially) cancel an order if prices clearly deviate from what may be expected. 

Dispatch

  • We are not liable for loss or damage to the package if no additional insurance is taken out.  

Privacy

  • You can visit our website without providing any personal information. However, for an order it is necessary for us to process the following data: name, address, zip code, place of residence, country and e-mail address. This information enables us to contact you and to process the order carefully and correctly.
  • Your data will only be used within the framework of Cardgameworld.be' activities and will not be passed on to third parties.
  • Cardgameworld.be uses your information for the following activities: calculating shipping costs, maintaining contact with you (including sending order confirmations) and shipping orders.
  • Cardgameworld.be tries to protect your personal data optimally against unauthorized use. Only authorized Cardgameworld.be employees have access to your data.

Attention! Check your spam filter. It is possible that emails from sales@cardgameworld.be end up in the spam folder!

B2B Orders

A 5% deposit will be charged for B2B orders. This is to secure volumes and then prices. Non-payment of an order equals loss of deposit. 

The full amount of the order must be transferred to our account at ING bank Belgium BE31 3770 7322 7155 at the latest 5 working days before the release date.
