The headquarters of DUCK ON CALL is the operations centre for Ducklas, Freddy Fire, Polly Police and Mikey Medic. Whenever there is an emergency in Playmoville, the four heroes are immediately on the scene! As soon as the alarm goes off, Freddy quickly jumps in on the freefall slide. Polly takes the retractable crane lift and swings in her police helicopter, while Mikey coordinates mission orders in the secret command centre in the small tower. After a successful mission, the quartet relaxes in the playground with swings and pond. Unnoticed by the others, Ducklas quickly hides his toys in the secret hideout.
